I'm Dr. Apollo Emeka.
I'm the Big Decisions Guy.
I help executives and entrepreneurs make decisions so powerful that the path forward becomes obvious.

I know what it's like to feel stuck. I know what it's like to spin your wheels. I know what it's like to be afraid of making the wrong choice.
And I know how to get unstuck.
The Complete Decision Protocol
I created this system because traditional goal-setting doesn't work. Goals don't stick in your brain. But decisions do.
When you make a decision, your brain has a problem to solve. It says, "We need to get from here to there." That creates action.
Decide with Heart
This is where you choose what you really want. Not what you think is possible. Not what other people expect. What YOU want.
A complete decision is 10 out of 10 on the fulfillment scale. That means if you accomplish this thing, you'll feel completely excited and fulfilled. Not just satisfied. Completely fulfilled.
A complete decision also smashes all your goals together. Instead of having ten separate goals that compete with each other, you create one big decision that satisfies all of them together.
Most people skip this step. They decide based on what they think is possible. That's the Feasibility Monster talking. Don't listen to it yet. First, decide with heart.
Identify the Requirements
Now we get practical. We ask: What must happen to make this decision real?
This is where you identify the milestones. The things that must be completed. The path from here to there. This step is not about what you can do. It's about what you need to do. What must be done.
Be specific. Be clear. Make a list of requirements.
Bet on Game Changers
Now you have your big decision. You have your requirements. The last step is to find the game changers.
Game changers are the actions that would almost guarantee your big decision becomes real. If you could only do three things, what three things would make success almost certain?
This is where you focus. This is where you bet big. This is where you take action.
Four Words We Don't Use
The Complete Decision Protocol avoids four words:
Who cares what you can do? What matters is what you want to do and what you need to do. Your environment determines what you can do. Your environment changes. Don't build your decision on something that shifts.
"Should" always comes from other people. "I should do this because everyone else is doing it." "I should do this because people will judge me if I don't." Forget should. Decide with heart instead.
"Could" is even worse than "can." It means "can, but only if certain conditions happen." It's useless. Focus on what must be done, not what could maybe possibly happen.
Goals don't create stickiness in your brain. They don't create the cognitive dissonance that forces action. Decisions do. So we don't set goals. We make decisions.
The Three Monsters That Keep You Stuck
There are three monsters that prevent people from making big decisions:
The Feasibility Monster
This monster appears in Step 1. It says:
"That's not possible. Don't even try. Pick something realistic."
The Feasibility Monster wants you to limit your decision before you've even tried to make it happen. Don't listen. Decide with heart first. Figure out how to make it possible in Steps 2 and 3.
The Worthiness Monster
This monster says:
"You don't deserve that. Who are you to want something so big?"
The Worthiness Monster makes you choose things that don't fulfill you. It makes you play small. It makes you settle. Don't listen. You deserve to be completely fulfilled.
The Social Monster
This monster says:
"What will people think if you do this? What will they say?"
The Social Monster makes you compare yourself to others. It makes you choose based on what looks good instead of what feels right. Don't listen. This is your life, not theirs.
